What Needed to Be Designed—And Why

Fidelity’s old website—built on a rigid GoDaddy template—was not mobile-optimized, poorly structured for usability, and lacked brand clarity. It didn’t reflect the quality of their physical print materials or support their sales pipeline.

Create a clean, responsive website that showcases services clearly, strengthens brand perception, and improves user flows for quote requests and large file uploads—all while keeping the site easy to maintain.

Process & Solution

I began by collaborating with an SEO partner to audit the original site. From there, I built a modular wireframe system to suit business users looking for quick access to services. Visual design followed brand colors and used color-coding to differentiate product lines. I also introduced a file upload tool, improving usability for customers sharing print assets.
